Q'Tee Kouture doesn't guarantee shipping delivery times.

All orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Express Orders: Please allow 1-2 business days for processing plus shipping on all orders.

Standard Orders: Please allow 3-4 business days for processing plus shipping on all orders.

During the holiday and peak season, please allow an additional 2 business days for processing plus shipping on all orders. Please be mindful that during holidays and peak season, there may be delayed shipping times.

Please note any orders placed on Friday-Sunday will not be processed until the following business day.

All pickup orders placed on Monday-Wednesday will be scheduled for pick up on Saturday. All orders placed on Thursday-Sunday will be scheduled for pick up the following Saturday. Excluding all holidays.

Pickup is only offered on Saturdays in Homewood, AL. All pick up orders will receive a confirmation text with pick up details along with an email when your order is ready. All orders must be picked up at the scheduled pickup time. If your order is not picked up, you will have to opt in for shipping. Please be mindful there will be no refunds.
